Eligibility for Return

Non-Returnable Items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during sale or with discount codes

Refund Process.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method only

Return Shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged and trackable.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will send a replacement or refund at no extra cost
